• 工程类或相关专业的学士/硕士学位；

• 5年的SAP 解决方案的实施服务经验和良好的客户管理技巧；

• 对SAP ERP PP的良好了解和ERP的基础知识；

• 在建立企业内部流程方面的丰富经验和知识；

• 在MES相关开发方面具有良好的技术，熟悉Java and ABAP；

• 良好的英语沟通能力；

• 可接受出差0-50%

Job Description for MES Techno-Functional Consultants – SAP Solution DeliveryCenter

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAPs Solution Delivery Center (SDC) is a global organization within SAP Consulting chartered tosupport SAP consulting subsidiaries in project delivery incorporating SAPsGlobal Delivery Model.

SAP SDC is increasingly being looked upon to drive ‘Globalization’ within SAP Consulting andis looking at extending its involvement across the engagement lifecycle.Manufacturing Industry is one of the key focus areas of SAP SDC.

Selected candidates will be responsible for understanding customer requirementsand implementing MES using SAP Solutions. The role will require substantialinteraction with customers and key stakeholders and may require extensive longterm travel. 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelors/Masters in Engineering with domain knowledge in Manufacturing industry

• Customer management skills

• A good presenter and communicator

• Exposure to SAP’s ASAP Implementation methodology & SAP Solution manager

• Knowledge of SAP MES will be an added advantage

• Good technical in MES related development

• Good understanding of SAP ERP PP & Basic knowledge of ERP

• Knowledge of SCOR, APICS certification preferable     

• Strong knowledge and experience in setting up internal processes

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The Consultants will be based out of one of the SAP SDC offices. 

The primary tasksof this role are:

• Conduct customer workshop tounderstand business process requirements

• Advise customer on industry bestpractices in MES

• Configure the requirements in SAP MES

• Prepare functional and technicalspecification

• Complete the MES related developmenttasks

• Conduct testing, training and supportdata migration

Key Performance Indicators

• Customer Feedback/customer satisfaction scores

• Productive days/utilization as defined by the organization.

• Knowledge Management and creation ofeffective reusable components

Experience and Other Requirements

• 5 years in implementation services of SAP Solutions

• Conducted Business Blueprint Workshop assessment workshop with business users

• Extensive Onsite travel to customer locations will be required, typically with onsite–offshore delivery model

• Good Communication skill in English

• Good technical skills in Java and ABAP
