Digitalization Solution Consultant
What are my responsibilities?
1. Approach potential key customers with sales in avariety of industry segments, gain recognition/awareness from customers onSiemens digitalization solution, consult technically digitalization solutionfor customers;
2. Coordinate necessary internal resources(resources from China locally and headquarters as well) to deliver theappropriate digitalization solution suggestions to customers based on SIMATICsolution;
3. Proactively join a variety of marketingactivities internally and externally, promoting digitalization solution fromSiemens;
4. Work in team with other members and cooperatewith other teams that take digitalization responsibilities from differentperspectives within Siemens;
5. Report/review customer acquisitionactivities/status on request of management and keep up to date records oncustomer projects progress.
· What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. A minimum of 10 years experience in differentindustrial branches is required;
2. Experience and knowledge in factory IT systemand MES is a must;
3. The program knowledge about C##, Java, VB,HTML5... is a must;
4. Knowledge in Siemens automation products (ie.,PLC, HMI, SCADA, etc) and project experience is highly desired and is a bigplus;
5. Experience in shop floor production processmanagement is desired and is a plus;
6. University Bachelor’s Degree in ElectricalEngineering, automation, computer engineering, or equivalent.
7. Should be proficient in English (spoken &written).
Tech. Sales Manager for MES
· What are my responsibilities?
1. Work as a Technical Sales function in Siemens;
2. Collect, document and analyze theMES/Digitalization market and competitors concerning technical requirements,prepare business cases
3. Work with HQ Product Manager to prepare go tomarket strategy for MES/Digitalization together with Sales;
4. Prepare the MES/Digitalization technicalconfiguration;
5. Prepare the MES/Digitalization technicaldocumentation, such as: catalogues, brochures;
6. Contact and find the partners on the market forMES/Digitalization;
7. Contact customers and follows the projects forMES/Digitalization together with Sales, do the presentation base on the SLNsolution business;
8. Prepare the Bidding document forMES/Digitalization projects
9. Prepare and update solution training materialsand references, give trainings to internal colleagues and key customers.
· What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Back ground in Minerals with 3 years workingexperience;
2. Familiar with the SIEMENS product/Software whichrelated with the MES/Digitalization business;
3. Familiar with the 3rd parties product/Softwarewhich related with MES/Digitalization business;
4. Very good study capabilities. Actively willingto access and learning for new/different things, like: new Software,new/different production technology for different industries
5. Good personal communication skills and Team workthinking;
6. Solution thinking and strong analytical skill.
