2. MOCVD 设备经验 3-6年。

三、晶圆厂MES Section Manager （重庆）

1. A recognized Bachelor in computer science or equivalent experience.

2. 5+ years in MES support

3. 2 + years in management

四、蚀刻工艺技术副总监 (上海）

1. Perform critical process development or modify existing process formulations according to customers requirement.

1. 10+years working experiences in Etch in semiconductor equipment industry.

2. Major in applied chemistry, physical chemistry, chemical engineering and material science, PhD.

3. Strong background and hands-on experience with scientific experimental or industrial instrumentation.

1.必须有集团资金管理经验，偏资金运营管理占70%，融资参与占30%。

1.全日制统招类本科以上审计、工程建造类相关专业，男女不限，年龄35周岁以下；

2.6年以上企业内部审计工作经验，且为工程建造类专业；

1. 硕士以上文凭，研修方向：微电子、凝聚态物理，材料学，物理学，光学专业

2. 硕士要求3年以上LED芯片相关工作经验，博士要求一年以上LED芯片工作经验。

十六、蚀刻全球业务主管 (上海）

1. Review, create, and support commercial contracts, pricing offers, and proposals across all Regions and customers for CCP, ICP, or MOCVD

1. BS in technical discipline (prefer in Engineering field)

2. Over 7 years working experience in Semiconductor equipment area (prefer from large industry player and at least 3 years working in customer facing roles)

3. Prefer direct experience working in marketing or business function for over 2 years

2. 具有扎实的模拟IC 设计理论基础；熟悉并深入理解CMOS或BiCMOS 工艺；

二十、Sr. Electronic Engineer/MTS in Electronic Engineering （上海,浦东）

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience

2. Minimum of 10 years experience in industry automation area

3. Experience in designing and deploying large industry automation distributed system

4. Familiarity with industrial automation software products, especially Rockwell Software products, Beckholl, and so on.

5. Master in hardware developing of ARM or DSP embedded system, familiar with selection of MCU

6. Familiar with CLPD/FPGA, and test circuit design and debug

7. Master in circuit and PCB design with Cadence, Altium Design, CAM350 and so on

8. Experience in firmware programming, C/C++ coding for embedded system 5+ year

二一、Senior Director, Module Development & Manufacturing (德国）

1.BSEE, 15+ years of experience in power module development & manufacturing. MSEE or PhD is preferred.

2.10+ years of experience with a top semiconductor module manufacturer.

3.In-depth knowledge of IGBTs/MOSFETs and WBG technologies and their use in power modules

4.Experience working with Tier 1 customers, Sales, FAE, Business Units, Technology Development, Technical marketing & packaging development in a matrix organization
