我有多爱吃呢？
爱吃甜腻腻的蛋糕，最爱火锅。曾经一周连续4天晚上吃火锅配着可乐，吃到撑的想吐那种。
日常就是，工作每天坐着，自己在办公室有个零食箱，没事就翻出来巧克力，薯片往嘴里塞。想的最多就是中午吃啥？晚上吃啥？
很懒，晚饭后就躺在床上玩手机，追剧，嘴也不能闲着，鸭货、薯片、坚果、饮料……能吃到睡觉之前。
就这样，想吃啥就吃啥，我工作1年胖了近10斤。
当你下定决心减肥，什么都不能阻碍你。
我觉得减肥最难的就是前两周。可能你的体重浮动只有2斤左右，可能你每天都会饿醒，可能你会想说人生苦短，老子何苦为难自己。
这个时期最好的方法就是一周上一次称，晚上由平时饭量的一半，到四分之一到最后可以不吃来慢慢过渡。配合少量运动，中速步行，我还出去遛狗～
清空零食箱，建立减肥意识。减肥意识怎么体现？要吃什么之前都查卡路里，咬牙也挺过前两周。
熬过前两周，你就会开始享受这种状态，每天不运动运动就浑身难受。饮食规律，肠胃功能都跟着好起来。
三餐大概就是低糖水果，蔬菜，粗粮，鸡胸肉和煮鸡蛋。饭后站立半小时也是很重要很好的习惯。
自律的生活会比胡吃海喝收获更多的成就感。就这样一个月，保持着每周两斤的频率，瘦了8斤。（女孩子姨妈期可以对自己好一点，亲测吃了蛋糕，火锅，零食，姨妈以后没有长肉，真的好幸福。）
最后，减肥不要心急，把心态放平衡，不要着急。
改变饮食习惯，改掉懒惰和拖延，能站不坐，能坐不躺。
