董事长 2017年新年献词 | 向着“国际化、信息化、高科技”目标前进

五湖四海皆春色，万壑千山尽朝晖。

In the sunlight of the New Year, we see a picture of vigor and prosperity all over the country. All waters are colored by spring; all mountains are immersed in the rays of the rising sun.

在2015年突破百亿以后，2016我们百尺竿头更进一步，取得了更加骄人的业绩，实现“十三五”完美开局。

Following the 10-billion mark breakthrough in 2015, this year we are pround to exceed this significant milestone. We are entering 2017 with great momentum and ability to accelerate the 13^th Five-Year growth plan.

这一年，BOGE并购后实现连续增长，代尔克缔造崭新业绩记录，与庞巴迪合作创造新的里程碑。

This year, we have seen continuous growth after acquiring BOGE. Delkor entered into full speed development with undeniable result, and our partnership with Bombardier has never been so cohesive and effective.

这一年，PI膜芳伦等为未来积蓄了澎湃的发展后劲，财务共享中心以及全球ERP建设等正逐步引领时代新材成为真正意义上的全球化公司。

This year, we have made substantial progress in PI Membrane, Aramid Paper and other innovation projects. As we continue to build our Financial Share Service and global ERP, we have been leaping forward to be an enterprise with international vision and standards. 

这一年，在最新的全球非轮胎行业制品50强榜上，时代新材跻身全球16位，傲居国内首位。

Furthermore, according to the latest report, we have soared into World Top 50 Non-Tire Rubber Product suppliers, ranking the first domestically and 16th globally.

来之不易的点滴成绩，勾勒出了属于2016的美丽画卷。

The year of 2016 witnessed our hard-earned achievements. 

所有成绩，离不开海内外近8000名员工的耕耘付出，离不开无数家属的默默支持。值新年来临之际，谨代表公司班子成员向海外内全体员工、员工家属致以诚挚的感谢。

With great progress and exceptional highlights on our performance, the 8,000 and more employees spanning across the globe are the true heroes. On behalf of the company’s leadership, I wanted to thank everyone for their contribution and commitment to the company this year. I would also like to extend warm greetings and recognition to all family members who have supported TMT over the years.

时代新材奋起于20世纪80年代初，经历了从小到大、从弱到强，更经历了从单一产业到同心多元，从领衔国内到逐鹿全球。融入我们产业血脉的始终是成事的基因、创新的基因以及全球化的基因。

Started in the beginning of 80s, we have disciplined ourselves through austerities and conquered the improbable. We have evolved over the decades from specializing in single industry to a global enterprise leading in multiple businesses. On our path to success, we are always bonded with result performance, continuous innovation, and globalization. 

在2017以及更长远的未来，这些优秀的基因将在“十三五”继续驱动我们成长，带着崭新的全球融合与发展的使命。

In 2017 and further in future, we will inherit these three elements, to keep growing in the 13^th Five-year Plan period, and shoulder our undertaking of global integration and development. 

我们需要以大刀阔斧的变革化解挑战重重的未来。我们将倾斜资源，加快全球ERP建设，夯实信息化基础，探索职能管理向流程管理的变革，提升管控效率、降低运营风险。

We need to prepare ourselves for a historic reform to address challenges. Priorities will be given to accelerate building the global ERP platform, put forward informatization progress, and transfer management orientation from function to process, so as to elevate management efficiency and control risks in operation.

我们需要以共享开放的理念创造风光旖旎的未来。我们将加快BOGE亚太研发中心落户株洲，推动与LORD、空客等联合创新工作取得实质进展，充分整合全球优质资源向全球价值链高端跃升。

We need to emphasize on openness and source sharing in order to grow and gain greater value. We will accelerate towards the establishment of BOGE’s Center of Competence in Zhuzhou. We will drive our joint ventures with LORD and Airbus, and to fully integrate in the center of a global value chain.

我们会坚持“业绩优先”的文化，通过推行一系列新举措激活创业激情、重塑创业精神，为新材事业建立一支富有激情、敢于创新、激望成功的队伍，让新材成为他们追逐理想、彰显价值的事业平台。

"Performance is the top priority" will remain as our unwavering culture. A series of approaches will enter into force to encourage entrepreneurship, and cultivate a passionate, unified and innovative team. TMT will provide a platform for global talents to showcase and pursue their dreams.
