仓储物流总监

职位描述:

负责区域仓储作业,确保物流仓储体系的正常运作,保证日常操作顺畅有效;

负责仓储部的日常工作安排与管理,监督各地制定工作流程、制度并督促实施;

负责仓储部的发展规划、工作计划、总结及报表;

拟订年度部门培训计划,组织各岗位制定年度培训计划并执行;

根据工作量合理进行人员配置;

负责部门各项费用的审批;

负责设备、设施及消耗品的采购申请;

制定部门费用预算并进行相应费用控制;

与部门员工进行沟通,激励、协调团体员工高效优质完成各项工作;

负责仓库出入库管理,现场管理,要求仓库人员严格执行“5S”管理规定;

负责各项成本控制符合仓储部目标。

岗位要求:

全日制本科及以上学历, 仓储物流、管理类相关专业,5年以上仓储管物流理经验;

熟悉ERP、WMS系统、掌握物流管理知识、具有预算、成本管控能力;

具有先进的物流管理理念和危机管理意识;

具备较强的沟通、协调、人际交往能力以及现场管理能力;

工作认真细致,有责任心,具有较强的进取精神,抗压能力以及敬业精神。

Key Account Manager Air & Sea Asia-Pacific

One of TOP 10 logistics provider in the world

For the sales Region Asia-Pacific)

Location: Shanghai

Your Responsibilities:

Develop key accounts and market share;

build up a strong business relationship with the KA in the regional;

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within allocated portfolio (prospects and current customers);

Responsible Areas Asia-Pacific;

Work closely with the network and support teams to ensure delivering high quality of service, Engage other internal departments to improve clients’ overall supply chain;

Ensure collection of accounts receivable by Finance team and assist if necessary.

Your Profile:

College degree or above;

Relevant experience at TOP 10 logistics company in sales department or as KAM;

Good English both in written and speaking;

Skillful in office software;

Strong communication and negotiation skills;

Strong independently problem solving capabilities;

High integrity;

Team player Good interpersonal skills, outgoing and open minded, warm personality, industrious and enthusiastic.

Trade Lane Manager (Europe)

Location: Shanghai

Your Responsibilities:

Strategic development of the Trade Lane (TL) between European countries and Asia countries – in line with the joint Company Strategy;

Act as business development interface to Europe RegionSupport issue management and solution finding with BD/VM teams plus opportunities that are unrelated to the TL but related to decision makers nationality/cultural background;

Establish and maintain communication, cooperation & target alignment with relevant trade lane partners and represent company Asia;

Conduct strategic trade lane business analyses of the trade lane: trade/commodity/volume/customer/competitor information;

Maintain RD related presentation and know-how pool (partner presentation, local rates etc.);

Arrange joint calls and customer visits with Sales, operation, management personnel, as well as the overseas counterparts;

Support global/regional tender projects and pricing request for major customers;

Develop and maintain trade lane specific key customers;

Contribute to budget/target setting and drive trade lane campaigns;

Conduct RD sales campaigns (flyers, initiatives, rates) in alignment with TL partners.

Your Profile:

Bachelor degree;

Minimum 4 years working experience in international freight/logistics company and experience as trade lane manager;

Fluent in written and spoken English;

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, attention to details;

Strong target & result focus;

Analytical ability and strategic thinking approach;

Independent work attitude;

Open-minded and communicative behavior.
